Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga supports the joints, cartilage and ligaments. By holding each pose for 3-5 minutes, we allow ourselves to connect deeply with our bodies and help to 'flush out' our joints and help to rejuvenate them.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing form of Yoga where the practised poses allow the body to be supported entirely to allow for expansion and release. Ensure you have plenty of blocks, cushions and blankets and get ready to melt into your yoga mat.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is known as the Yoga of Sleep, when in actual fact, it is a specific form of meditation, and the idea is that you stay aware if you can rather than falling asleep.

So grab your mat, cushions, and blankets, get comfortable and be prepared to find inner calm.

Gentle Vinyasa

A nice yoga flow that allows you to connect with each pose whilst working on your strength and stamina.

Pre/PostNatal Yoga

Supporting your changing body during pregnancy can help you to have a more positive experience by encouraging deeper self-connection and awareness. Prenatal yoga can also help to relieve common pregnancy-related symptoms whilst preparing you for labour and birth. Postpartum Yoga can support your body during recovery; it is important to take some time for yourself and to look after your physical and mental well-being once your little one arrives, and incorporating some yoga can help to achieve this.

Baby/Toddler Yoga

Supporting babies' and Toddlers' growth and development with yoga can be a great way to bring in mindfulness and bodily awareness in a fun and interactive way. I offer a mixture of yoga and other complementary therapy workshops, resources and classes via The Berry and Wanda Programme.
